As some of you may or may not remember, I found a knife the other week! The Kershaw blur with the tiger striped blade up there is the one I found in a pretty gunky state. Decided to tear it down to clean it out and re-lube it which of course led to pulling out my other knives, none of which are too special. The tear down of the blur went great and now I use it as an EDC
There is the Opinel that I love but the tip is broken off and it’s rather dull (something common in all my knives).
The fixed blade is an awesome little zombie branded Ka-Bar that weighs damn near nothing but I was once drunk in school and tried to use it as a throwing knife at a dart board. The tip is bent on that one and needs a sharpen.
The other black folder is a black knight or something also from Ka-bar. Stopped by their factory once and it was cheap and worked. Nothing special with this other than it wasn’t working before because the locking mechanism had to be bent up some more to actual lock the blade.
There’s another very small black folding knife that I don’t even remember where it came from and is usually buried in a backpack or my car.
The Gerber is pretty nice but there isn’t any sort of finger pin to whip the blade out on the side. There is a nub on the backside that helps but it still isn’t as easy as the Blur. The whole thing is pretty bulky and heavy with a tiny carabiner that doesn’t do too much. Still a nice little knife.

Yay Knives. I should try and get a pic of all of mine. I have had wayy to many EDC knives over the years. I keep a small lockback with me now that used to belong to my grandfather.

Looks familiar. I had my camping bag and my “quick tools” in the car with me when my friend noticed the knife in the glove compartment, took a shot of the three I had. (I had a swiss army in my pocket too actually)

The Opinels really are some great simple knives. Those two fixed blades look real nice there too

Yeah, my Opinel sits in my camping bag 24/7 mostly because it can.
The orange and black one is in my glove compartment because it’s a $15 Mora, so it’s sharp as hell and easy to replace, and perfect for the kind of stuff I run into when I’m with my car.
The bottom one is my birch-handle Frosts (now owned by Mora) and I’ve had it the longest. It’s in my quick tools because it is my favorite sharp knife for working on anything.
I have a few folding knives, a few multi-tool style ones and two more fixed blade knives (one Mora for being in a wedding, and one Finnish puukko)

Is that a Kershaw Chive? I’ve been considering getting one, but I’m not sure if I want to go the EDC route or the self defense route.

It’s a Kershaw Cyclone. Larger than the Chive, but unfortunately discontinued.

Holy shit. Didn't even notice what could have been. Swastikas are so damn easy to randomly make. Fuckin nazis ruined it for the Hindus.

My brother took photos of some motorcycle exhaust header pipes to sell. When I looked at the photo, I realized that he had arranged them radially, in a swastika. Thankfully I caught that before he put the listing up. We already get enough “questionable” business.
